ultra thin pores PMI foam for smart phone speakers

Brand: Fucell®

Material: PMI foam

Color: Natural white

Density: 32kg/m³, 52kg/m³, 75kg/m³

Pores: Fine, medium, coarse

CNC service: Cutting/drilling/shaping

Uses:Smart phone speakers

Feature: High E (Young ‘s modulus)/d (density)

The PMI foam core composite material produced by Future has a foam density of only 32 +/-5kg/m³, which can meet the conditions of high Young’s modulus and low material density at the same time. The ratio of E (Young’s modulus)/d (density) is high enough to be very sensitive to the capture and response of high-frequency o signals, and is an ideal speaker vibration cone material.

Fiber pre-preg for skin (can be carbon fiber, glass fiber or aramid fiber, commonly known as bulletproof cloth). It can greatly improve the rigidity of the overall vibration basin, increase the thickness of the core material, and adjust the type of resin adhesive to achieve different sound effects.
