The density of carbon fiber is less than 1/4 of that of steel, generally in the range of 1.5-2.0 g/cm3, and its tensile strength is 7-9 times that of steel, which can reach 1-7 GPa. Generally, the modulus of carbon fiber is more than three times that of traditional glass fiber, and the modulus of high modulus carbon fiber can be as high as 700GPa. Moreover, carbon fiber has both the flexibility and processability of textile fiber.
Thanks to carbon fiber products good features, it become more and more popular in industrial and sport parts to make the parts lighter and stronger.
Future introduced 9.2meters long autoclave facility to make large size products, to meet customers’ requirements, especially domestic military uses.
