Tips: How to cut carbon fiber tubes manually
- self protection: Safety glasses, dust collection, hearing and respiratory protection
- useful tools: silvermarker, shows up nice on carbon tube; use diamond-coated abrasive cutting blades not toothed blades;
- Precautions:keep electronics away from the working space; when marking the cut line, be sure to leave some change about 1-2mm for cutting loss and sanding; use the wood support especially the bottom to avoid the blur; Slow down to reduce friction, or use liquid as a coolant to reduce heat.
