It is mostly used for crack repair and sealing, building reinforcement and earthquake resistance.

What is carbon fiber cloth? Carbon fiber cloth is a one-way carbon fiber reinforcement product made of 12K carbon fiber wire, which is used for tensile shear and seismic reinforcement of building structural members. Together with the matching carbon fiber impregnated adhesive, carbon fiber composite material is completed, which can form a complete carbon fiber sheet system. It is suitable for dealing with the increase of building load, engineering use function, changing the aging of materials, concrete strength grade below the design value, structural cracks, repair houses in harsh environments, reinforcement projects, etc.
And 200 grams of carbon fiber cloth is one of the specifications of carbon fiber cloth. 200 grams of carbon fiber cloth refers to the weight of carbon fiber cloth per square meter, 200 grams per square meter of carbon fiber cloth theoretical thickness of 0.111mm, the width is: a variety of width 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm and other projects required special width.
The basic steps of project operation as below:
- Concrete surface preparation, crack repair, leak stop, get rid of the aged, loose concrete part
Brush primer (0.2-0.4kg/m2)
3. Base surface preparation( putty 1.0-1.5kg/m2)
4. Brush epoxy resin on the surface(0.4-0.5kg/m2)
5. Stick the carbon fiber fabric onto structure
6. Saturate the fabric by brushing epoxy resin along the fabric, ensure that there is no bubble existing in the composite matrix( very crucial) 0.1-0.2kg/m2
7. If more following carbon fiber fabric layer, brush 4-6times each layer
8. FRP wrap operation is completed, however, keep the structure from any impact during the following 24hrs.
