If the effect of the impregnating glue is poor, the carbon fiber cloth will be peeled off and damaged, which will lead to instant failure of the reinforcement and endanger life safety. Therefore, in structural reinforcement, impregnating adhesives with high strength and good durability should be selected to avoid purchasing inferior structural adhesives with acceptable strength in the early stage but fast decay in the later stage. In fact, due to the difference in the production process, the products are not good or bad, and not all carbon fiber cloths and impregnating adhesives can be adapted. When using carbon fiber cloths and impregnating adhesives from different manufacturers, a compatibility test should be carried out.
