There are three kinds of carbon fiber guitar necks in the market, carbon fiber truss rod – carbon fiber rectangular rod, carbon fiber U shaped profile and carbon fiber D-shaped tube. Both of them are of high stiffness-to-weight ratio, which make them popular in guitar players.
The performance of carbon fiber “D” shaped tube was kind of better than truss rod, because the “D” tube is significantly stronger both in bending and torsional stiffness and lighter than truss rod, because of hollow structure.
Carbon fiber sound quality
Acoustic tests conducted at Helsinki University of Technology show that the measured maximum volume of carbon fiber tubes is much stronger than that of wood tubes, and the measured tonal spectrum is abundant in a wide frequency range. This shows that the carbon fiber tube supports excellent tone generation, especially in the middle-range.

Business terms:
1)The tubes and rods could be made by pultruded production method, which need to make new stainless mold, by the drawing from customers, all the data and samples will be kept confidentially following the official NDA agreement.
2)There will be BOM list and time schedule for each project, all the important details will be reported and recorded by email and photos.
3)Future will guarantee the quality as agreed, and take in charge for any claim and defaults of the products after customer collected the cargoes, by replacing or compensate the cargo value.
