Future is the professional manufacture of carbon fiber and hybrid reinforcement fabric, with know-how techniques of knitting skill. We are able to produce high quality carbon and carbon aramid/ glass fiber tape, sleeve, rope and mesh for structural strengthening material.
The braided Carbon fiber sleeves also called carbon fiber socks, which were made by Toray 12k, 6k and 3k carbon fibers. Ultimately, a continuous woven structure, these carbon fiber sleeves make distinctive looking tubes and rods when cured with resin. Each of these sleeves can contract by about 25% and expand in similar proportions, makes them become the perfect option for making complex tubular structures with varying diameters, like fishing rod.
