You can send the original product and cover the carbon fiber material on the original product by hand-laying process; we can make the mold according to the drawing provided by the customer and use the molding process to make the product by hot pressing, which has high modulus and one-piece molding; the customer can also send the existing molds to us, and the molds can be made of fiberglass, acrylic, aluminum and alloy steel, etc.; Future can also make the prototype and then make the product by 3D printing based on the customer’s drawings. Future can also make 3D printing according to customer’s drawings, make prototypes, and then make molds. We have sufficient experience and ability to meet customer needs and provide quality products and services.
2.Equipment: Future has introduced CNC cutting equipment, hot press tanks, and high temperature thermosetting furnaces with a maximum length of 10 meters.
3. Materials: Future mainly uses carbon fiber and PMI , PVC, aramid honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb and other materials to produce UAV wings, propellers, fuselage, top plate and other accessories according to customer and product requirements.
