1. Molding
First, the overall design is carried out according to the size drawings of the carbon fiber square tube . After the details are confirmed, the square tube mold and a series of mold supporting components will be designed to ensure that the formed carbon fiber square tube can be successfully demolded. If the size of the square tube is relatively large, it is also necessary to determine the thickness to ensure that the overall flatness of the produced carbon fiber square tube is better.
2 prepreg cutting
According to the size of the square tube, the carbon fiber prepreg is cut, and the appropriate layup design is carried out, such as 0°, 90° superposition, etc. In the design of the layup, the actual stress situation of the square tube should be combined to carry out the layup of the layup. In the layup, try to avoid the existence of air bubbles, so that the internal flatness of the carbon fiber tube will be better.
3. Paving and mold clamping
After the mold is made and the prepreg is cut, the material is spread. After laminating the entire carbon fiber square tube blank, put it into the mold and close the mold, and then make the whole structure more compact and stable, and the overall product accuracy of the carbon fiber square tube will be higher. In the process of mold loading, the mold can be properly preheated, including applying mold release agent in the mold, which can better ensure the product performance of the carbon fiber square tube.
4. Product curing and molding
After the product is molded, it is put into a hot press together with the mold for heating and pressurization. Since the heat press is an open equipment, special attention should be paid to the temperature and time parameters of the molding. The high-quality carbon fiber square tube is determined by temperature, pressure and time. After the molding, it needs to maintain pressure and heat preservation.
5. Product release machine processing
After the entire mold has cooled, take it out from the heat press, and then open the mold to take out the carbon fiber square tube. After demoulding, the carbon fiber square tube needs to be further processed, and finally the finished product that meets the use standard can be obtained.
