1.Artificial Bone and Joints

2.Bone Repair Material

     The resin matrix is polymethyl methacrylate, and the mass fraction of carbon fiber is 20%-60%. Due to its light weight and no interference to MRI examination, the material has been proved to meet the national standard through biotoxicity tests, and it also has good biocompatibility. There are no adverse reactions and no rejection reactions, so it is suitable for fracture fixation materials or fracture internal fixation or bone repair materials.


3.Brain surgery stent

      In brain surgery, the stand used to hold the patient's head is usually made of metal. However,  the metal itself is not easily penetrated by X-rays, which will interfere with brain angiography and affect the doctor's reading. However, in order to ensure that the patient's head does not shake during brain surgery, the fixed main frame must ensure sufficient rigidity. In view of this, our company used carbon fiber composite materials with comparable or even better stiffness than metal. Made with carbon fiber and polyamideimide resin, it has minimal effect on X-ray penetration. In addition to this, carbon fibers are electrically conductive but not magnetic.
