Meta-aramid fiber, the full name of which is “poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide” fiber (MPIA), is an organic polymer fiber synthesized from isophthalic chloride and m-phenylenediamine. Because the amide bond is connected at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions of the two benzene rings, it is also called aramid fiber 1313. It has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, electrical insulation, and radiation resistance.
In the industrial field, it is called fireproof fiber by the industry because of its excellent high-temperature resistance and insulation. It can be used to produce excellent high-temperature filter material and dust-removing cloth bags and is widely used in industrial production links such as electric power, non-ferrous metal refining, steel, lime, plastic, and plaster.
In the field of protection, meta-aramid fiber has been widely recognized by all parties due to its excellent performance, whether it is in the fields of industrial protection such as smelting, electric power, mining, petrochemical, or military and police protection products such as fire protection and military training. Demand is showing an increasing trend.
