Carbon fiber telescopic pole 

         Carbon fiber telescopic poles manufactured by Future use pre-preg carbon fiber fabric by roll wrapped production method, by the features of lightweight, high strength and corrosion-resistance, carbon fiber telescoping pipes could replace traditional aluminum and steel poles, make the harvest work more easier and faster. The tensile strength of carbon fiber composite materials is 6 to 12 times that of steel, can reach to 3000Mpa, and the comprehensive index of specific strength and specific modulus is the most prominent among the existing structure material. 

          After packed up, the total length only 1.95meters, with the weight only 4.1kg for 1.95meters length. 

           Future owns the carbon fiber tube production line and telescopic pole assemble lines.  We have stock for regular sizes, with 10 sets as MOQ, we also have a variety of matching accessories for option.     M8: adapt for most universal parts in the market; 

    M10: adapt for harvesting betel nut, pine tower, more firm and table.

2)Clamps: Twist & buckle are available, twist type are recommended for durable structure. 

       Up to 20meters, 15meters are recommend for easy operation, longer than 18meters will be too heavy  for women to use, by using our bottom caps, you could use the pole put on the ground.

Laboratory testing: 

         The carbon fiber telescopic rods produced by Future have been tested by a professional mechanical property testing organization at the beginning of the design before mass production. The thinnest section is the outer diameter of 20mm, and the test contact point is a small area of  metal, which is resistant to resistance. The compressive strength value is equivalent to 56 kg.
