           For new energy vehicles, the power battery is the core component, which plays a key role in the working safety and protection of the battery pack. Therefore, compared with other parts of the car body, the material selection of the battery box has strict requirements on anti-collision, waterproof, fireproof, dustproof, and other aspects. The battery box of a small electric vehicle is generally installed at the bottom of the car body, but the operating environment at the bottom of the car body is relatively harsh. The material of the box body must be waterproof and dustproof, and it must also resist the erosion of the road environment. During the operation of the vehicle, the battery is also subjected to relatively large shocks and vibrations. The connection between the metal fastener and the battery box can be pre-embedded and glued. Generally, the depth of the pre-embedded control is used to control the tensile strength of the joint. The carbon fiber battery box must pass related tests including fire and simulated impact.
