Carbon fiber rope is a rope made of carbon fiber, referred to as carbon rope. Take polyacrylonitrile-based carbon rope as an example. The commonly used diameter is 2.0mm, the weight per meter is 1.8g, the minimum tensile load is 100N, the buckle strength is 100N, the minimum buckle strength is 60N, and the ash content is less than 0.5%. It is a high temperature resistant material. Its conductivity is excellent.
The carbon rope produced by our factory is made of Toray T700-12k high-strength carbon fiber weaving through a special process. It has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, good heat resistance, and low thermal expansion coefficient. Commonly used diameters are Φ1mm, Φ2mm, Φ3mm, Φ4mm, Φ5mm, Φ6mm, Φ8mm, Φ10mm, etc.
The surface is smooth and hairless; the electrical conductivity is stable; the carbon content: 95-98%; the ash content is less than 0.5%; the temperature resistance: 2700℃ (under inert gas); the tensile force is more than 400N, about 7 grams per meter.
Has been widely used in various types of negative ion conductive electrodes, vacuum furnace insulation layer carbon felt bundling, sewing and other fields. It can also be made into carbon strand rope or braided rope according to user requirements.
