The 12kT700 uni carbon fiber cloth is suitable for high-strength large-scale key reinforcement and repair projects such as houses and bridges.
It has excellent physical properties, high temperature resistance, high strength and high efficiency, and its elastic modulus is equivalent to that of steel. The tensile strength of carbon fiber cloth is about 10 times that of the latter. It is a high-priced and high-performance product. Tensile strength ≥3000MPa, tensile elastic modulus ≥2.1*105Mpa, elongation ≥1.5%. The width is 10cm-50cm.

What is the difference between carbon fiber cloth and aramid fiber cloth?
When reinforcing structures, adhesive fiber composites are increasingly recognized for enhancing the structural bearing capacity and durability. The advantages are that the construction is simple and the period is short, and the impact on the original structure is small and the self-weight of the structure will not be increased. Fiber composite materials are a huge family. Although carbon fiber cloth and aramid fiber cloth are both high-quality fiber composite materials, there are differences in strength. For example, the tensile strength of carbon fiber cloth can reach 3400MPa, but aramid fiber cloth can only reach 2100MPa. Carbon fiber cloth has electrical conductivity. When the reinforcement site has strict requirements on electricity, it is necessary to pay attention to whether carbon fiber cloth can be used. Aramid fiber cloth is non-conductive and is suitable for live environments. For example, in subway tunnels where insulating reinforcement materials are required, aramid fiber cloth must be used instead of carbon fiber cloth. In addition, aramid fiber cloth has better toughness and impact resistance than carbon fiber cloth, and is more suitable for use in dynamic load environment.
